MUST Have Experience:
Setup KPI/OKR's
Implement SOP's, spearhead process improvement initiatives
Setup Operational score cards
Assist with improving organizational culture
Oversee S& R (plans to hire S& R Manager)
Seasoned person only. Prefers someone with 20 years of experience. I will present someone with solid 15 .
Needs someone who's a good communicator and works well with others. Must have a take charge attitude and be technically savvy!
Onsite in Jupiter 5 days per week. M-F 5:30-5:30.
This position reports to Sharif, COO.

One location. Sold previous location to LabCorp a few years ago.
Company is growing significantly. 115 employees work out of the Jupiter location.
BR $115/hr.
PR $50-55/hr.
